The North Shore is coming to you! Chef Scott’s creation has won accolades as one of Duluth’s very best restaurants, and is well known for a lively, imaginative menu that changes seasonally and borrows globally. Enjoy a delectable meal while learning tips and watching Chef Scott in action. Wine pairing samples will be served with a helping of science and wine grape research, compliments of Drew Horton- enology (wine) specialist with the Horticulture Research Center. At the end of the evening, you will leave with a full belly, handout with recipes, and a new appreciation for our local cuisine! The Chef will be creating a customized seasonal menu for this program. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individualized changes to the menu.
