Yearning to stay connected to the natural world through her art, Pam Luer is offering her Nature Sketchbook series two-session workshop to celebrate the waltz of the garden’s last dance. As always, Pam will offer students of all skill levels some tools and tips to help them see, explore and luxuriate in the natural world more mindfully through simple sketches. Through your sketchbook and a few of your favorite drawing tools, Pam will help you slow down to concentrate on the remnants of our glorious growing season— the seeds, pods and leaves and gardens that remind us that while one season ends, there will always be another Spring. This workshop will include a private tour of the rare and beautiful books at the The Andersen Horticultural Library during the second class session.
Note: Lunch is not included; please bring a bag lunch from home or plan to purchase in the Arboretum Cafe.
