Join veteran home cheese maker Linda Conroy for this fun and inspiring day of cheese making! Whether you’re a beginner or have some cheese making experience, you’ll learn tips and tricks and get plenty of one-on-one attention from Linda. Learn about several varieties of cheese that can easily be made at home as well as the types of milk you can use to make them. During the fun, hands-on portion, Linda will guide you in making cultured butter, yogurt, kefir cheese, paneer, fresh mozzarella and cheese curds. Products made during class and other samples will be incorporated into a delicious lunch for you and your classmates.Take home cheese made in class plus a culture to start additional cheese and cultured milk products!
