Flowers can add so much more than a final garnish to your plate- they can pack a lot of flavor and beauty into your dishes! Join other adventurous cooks as you taste a variety of colorful dishes "blooming" with flavor, then work together in small groups to prepare unique recipes such as Chive Flower Flatbread, Lilac Blossom-Almond Scones, and Warm Halloumi with Rhubarb Relish, Pickled Radishes and Violas. You’ll leave with samples to share at home, a comprehensive handout, and new inspiration!
