You won’t want to miss this exclusive dining experience with Oceanaire’s Executive Chef! Committed to connecting their guests to the health of oceans and land, Oceanaire’s offerings are seasonal, regionally inspired, and change daily. Savor a mouthwatering feast designed around the moment of the season, paired wine tastings, and great tips, tricks and banter with Chef Wilson. Wine pairing samples will be served with a helping of science and wine grape research, compliments of Drew Horton- enology (wine) specialist with the Horticulture Research Center. At the end of the evening, you will leave with a full belly, handout with recipes, and a new appreciation for the fruit of the sea... and the vine! The Chef will be creating a customized seasonal menu for this program. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individualized changes to the menu.
