Spring is a time for growth, and boy has Coalition been growing- from a second Coalition location in Edina to a new Italian project still in the works! Join Eli of Coalition for a beautiful seasonal menu, as he shares more about the new restaurants he is working on. You will enjoy a multi-course meal while learning cooking tips and tricks from Eli. Wine pairing samples will be served with a helping of science and wine grape research, compliments of Drew Horton- enology (wine) specialist with the Horticulture Research Center. At the end of the evening, you will leave with a full belly, handout with recipes, and a new appreciation for our local cuisine! The Chef will be creating a customized seasonal menu for this program. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individualized changes to the menu.
