Fresh. Local. From scratch. Have you tried the Noble Lion yet? Here’s your chance to really get to get to know owner Marc Huebner and the Chef from this new upscale restaurant in Victoria! They strive to incorporate ingredients from local purveyors and community while providing simple, exquisite plates. Learn more about their background as you dine, and their cooking philosophy. Wine pairing samples will be served with a helping of science and wine grape research, compliments of Drew Horton- enology (wine) specialist with the Horticulture Research Center. At the end of the evening, you will leave with a full belly, handout with recipes, and a new appreciation for our local cuisine! The Chef will be creating a customized seasonal menu for this program. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individualized changes to the menu.
