Pollinator Power! For 1st -2nd Grade Grads (985-07-22-14)
Tuesday - Thursday, July 22 - 24, 9 a.m. - noon
The secrets of pollination exposed! Explore the gardens from a butterfly’s perspective, and discover why a bee’s body makes it an effective pollinator. Use microscopes to zoom-in on the intricate relationship between pollinators and flowers. Visit the new butterfly house and learn about the fascinating lives of butterflies in the garden and bees in the hive. Each day will include a short circle time, hike, snack, planting project and themed activity. Bring home plants and projects!
