Farm-to-table cuisine of Northern California, and fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients are the inspirations behind Mill Valley Kitchen. Chef Mike Rakun has visited MN farms here to see for himself where the fresh ingredients come from for his kitchen. Currently, Chef Rakun is hard at work creating an exciting new restaurant destination, "Marin" for downtown Minneapolis, estimated opening date as of this writing is the next few months!
