Do you need some new ideas for your brunch menu? Impress your family and friends with bright, fresh flavors and recipes from Kris! While Kris discusses the basics of a brunch menu and shares pointers, you will taste a variety of brunch dishes. Then work together in small groups to create recipes in a fun, relaxed kitchen setting. You'll prepare such dishes as Blackberry-Basil Baked French Toast, Skillet Radishes with Crispy Prosciutto-Chive Reduction, Cotija-Chorizo Eggs Benedict with Honey-Lime Chipotle Sauce and Mango-Pineapple Fresh Fruit Salsa. You’ll make enough in-class to take home samples to share with family and friends!
