Hearty leek and potato tart
Salad of mixed greens, sorrel and crisp country bacon in apple cider vinaigrette
Slow cooked salmon accompanied with bubble and squeak and real wheaten soda bread
Toasted bread and butter pudding with caramel whiskey sauce
