Beatrice Ojakangas, acclaimed cookbook author and chef
A toast to Minnesota’s Scandinavian heritage! Beatrice Ojakangas is the author of more than twenty cookbooks, including The Great Scandinavian Baking Book, Scandinavian Feasts, The Great Holiday Baking Book, and Quick Breads. Her articles have been published in Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, Cuisine, and Redbook. She has appeared on television’s Baking with Julia Child and Martha Stewart’s Living, and lives in Duluth, Minnesota. You will be delighted by her deep understanding of Scandinavian culinary traditions and how to bring new appreciation to them through Minnesota wines. Books will be available for sale and signing.
